Our Business Health Assessment gives you the opportunity to review where you are today. We will ask you searching questions about you and your organisation and advise on your best course of action. We will contact you by phone to have a quick 15 minute initial chat to start getting a feel of our fit and if we’ll work well together and if we can are most suitable for your business needs.
90 Minute Meeting
This can be face-to-face or by video conference and lasts about 90 minutes. That’ll give you a feel for what our business can offer and how we can help. You’ll be able to ask questions, and just as importantly, I’ll be able to ask questions.
Finalise
You’ll get an understanding of what we do and why it’s been so successful with our clients over the past years. You’ll already be learning a lot of things during this session and will undoubtedly have lots of ideas. At the end of the session, we’ll have a more concrete understanding of whether we’ll work well together.

How Long Will It Take?
It will take approximately 1 & 1/2 to 2 hours to complete the Business Health Assessment, which can be done either at your premises or at any other suitable local venue at your discretion.
